The dynamic of functioning is very simple:

a) The first 15 days of each month is for the reception of the registrations, with the Paper Registration Form or thru this online registration. After this, ORASI will soon confirm you registration by e-mail. b) After the 16 of each month, ORASI will contact you (by e-mail and/or phone) to schedule your sessions of supervision, which will start in the following month.

In order to have your practice constant supervised, you have to fullfil a registration montly.

If this is your first registration, fullfil all the blank options. If not, fullfil only the ones with *.
